Chests of Doom & Delight!
Chests of Doom & Delight is a simple game with 24 chests, lots of trading, and an explosion... or two...

To be chosen, you must be seated. Contestant selection will be based on items they carry (we like to ask for rather odd things) and correct answers to trivia questions. Some contestant selections may be random.

Once chosen, a player selects one of 24 chests. Each chest has a random prize in it (and three of them are trapped but more on that later). Vanna will then open that chest to reveal the prize.

The contestant can choose to keep the prize just opened or trade for one of the prizes that has been opened by a previous contestant.

Each contestant will then be given a book to represent his or her prize. If you are asked to trade your prize to another player, you and that player will exchange your books with one another. These books can then be turned in at the end of the evening for the actual prize they represent

Three of the 24 chests are trapped. If you select one of them, you will receive a 15k cash bonus. If Vanna dies when opening the chest, you will get an additional 10k (we just love dying games!!!). If you are asked to trade prizes by another player, you do not have to trade your cash bonus. It is yours to keep.

If you leave during the event, you will forfeit your prize unless you make arrangements with the staff. However, please be aware that the prize you had when you left may not be the one you end up winning due to the trading nature of this game!

As you can see, it is advantageous to be the last player chosen so you have your pick of any of the prizes!
